SHIPPING:
- All items will be shipped from Melbourne Australia.
- Your order will be shipped on the next 1-3 business day after payment received.
- Our standard shipping will provide you with a tracking number.

- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international delivery is slower than usual. Please refer to this page for estimated international delivery time for your country
- Australia: 2-5 business days
- New Zealand: 4-6 business days
- North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific: 6-13 business days
- Other Countries: 10-15 business days
CLEAN & CARE:
- To keep clean we recommend using only a specialised silver polishing cloth.
- Never wear silver or gold jewellery when swimming or bathing.
- Avoid long exposure to sun or heat.
- Safely store earrings in the earring/accessory container in a cool dry place.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
Returns & exchanges

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
